Yesterday I read a post from Matt Cromwell about how I was torturing him (even when I wasn't sitting next to him) – because I had introduced him to the concept of “done done.”
Today I thought I would share with you what I shared with him – in case it might help you become more productive. Of course the other possibility is that it simply tortures you. It's a risk you'll have to take.
The take-away is simply this. To be a high performer means you first need to truly understand “done done.”
If you like Yogendra's story, there are a lot more of them in my latest eBook on the 12 habits of high performers. I'm sure you will love it.
