Preparing for a talk isn't quick
I spend a lot of time preparing for a 35-40 minute presentation. In total I spend over an hour per every minute of a talk, over the course of about six weeks.
I know people who wing talks. I know people who tweak slides minutes before going on stage. That's not me.
But my goal is different. It's not about presenting information for me. It's about creating a memorable experience. Something that stays with people – long after I leave.
In this 10 minute video, I walk you thru the three things that I worry about, behind the scenes, as I prepare for a presentation.
So tell me this: what's your prep like?
